Go Feed is committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services, particularly when you connect your Google Merchant Center account.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Information Collected via Google OAuth Login

When you log into our application using your Google account, we request and process the following information:

• Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, and public profile picture.
• Google Merchant Center (GMC) Data: We access GMC data according to the scopes you have agreed to: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content
• Specific Data: List of Merchant IDs and Merchant names. Update product information, prices, images, descriptions, etc. using the Merchant Center API.

3. Purpose of Information Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes, particularly data from Google Merchant Center:

• Provide Core Service: To allow you to manage, create, update, and delete products in your Google Merchant Center account through the Go Feed application interface.
• Data Synchronization: To synchronize your product data between your Shopify store system and Google Merchant Center.
• Support and Operations: To provide technical support and maintain stable service operations.

Important: We will NEVER sell or rent your personal data or Merchant Center data to third parties.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We only share your information in the following cases:

• With Google: We share your product information and configuration directly with Google Merchant Center through the API to perform functions you have initiated (e.g., CreateDataSource, DeleteDataSource, InsertProductInput, DeleteProductInput).
• Legal Compliance: When there is a lawful request from government authorities or to protect our legitimate rights.

5. Commitment to Google Data Processing

Our application strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including requirements for:

• Limited Use: We only use data accessed from Google (including Merchant Center data) to provide or improve features that are clearly displayed and prominent to users in the application interface.
• No Transfer: We do not transfer Google user data to any other party unless necessary to provide or improve the service, comply with the law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.

6. Data Retention Policy

After connecting to your Google Account, we will store only basic and minimal information necessary to display your information in the application and provide our core services, including:

• Personal Information: Display name, email, profile picture URL.
• Merchant Accounts: List of Merchant Center accounts including merchant ID and name.
• Authentication Information: OAuth access token and refresh token.

All stored data is securely stored and is only used to provide the core functionality of the Go Feed service.

7. Data Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of all Google-related data at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Google Account within the Go Feed application.
• Uninstalling the Go Feed application from your Shopify store.

When you disconnect your Google Account, all access tokens, refresh tokens, account IDs, display information, and merchant information related to your Google account will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We do not retain any Google user data after account deletion or Google disconnection.

8. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

• We do not store Google refresh tokens on our servers unless necessary, or we encrypt them using the highest security standards.
• We use the OAuth 2.0 protocol to access your data without storing your Google password.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
