These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoFeed ("we", "our", or "us"), a product feed management platform that helps merchants synchronize and manage their product data across multiple sales channels including Shopify, Facebook Catalog, and Google Merchant Center.
By installing or using GoFeed, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoFeed, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
If you do not agree, do not use GoFeed.
2. Description of Service
GoFeed provides a SaaS platform that enables merchants to:
- Synchronize product variants and catalog data from Shopify to connected platforms
- Create and manage Facebook Product Catalogs, organized by country and language
- Upload and manage product feeds on Google Merchant Center
- Manage multi-channel product data from a single dashboard
GoFeed operates under a freemium model:
- Free plan: Access to core features with limitations on the number of products, catalogs, or sync frequency
- Paid plans: Full access to advanced features, higher product limits, priority sync, and dedicated support

3. Account Registration
To use GoFeed, you must:
- Install the app via Shopify App Store or connect via our website
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
- Keep your credentials secure and confidential
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Third-party Platform Connections
GoFeed integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Facebook (Meta), and Google. By connecting these platforms, you:
- Authorize GoFeed to access and manage data on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant
- Acknowledge that GoFeed's functionality depends on the availability of these third-party APIs
- Agree that GoFeed is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or downtime caused by third-party platforms
- Remain solely responsible for compliance with Shopify, Meta, and Google's own terms of service
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use GoFeed to:
- Upload false, misleading, or prohibited product information
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate product feed management
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Free Plan
The free plan is provided at no cost and may include limitations on features, product count, catalog count, or sync frequency. We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations at any time with reasonable notice.
6.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
6.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of GoFeed is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: https://gofeed.app/privacy-policy
Key points:
- We collect and process data only as necessary to provide our services
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- When you uninstall GoFeed or disconnect integrations, all associated data is automatically and permanently deleted within 30 days
8. Intellectual Property
- GoFeed and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
- You retain full ownership of your product data, store data, and content
- By using GoFeed, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the service
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
GoFeed is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sync delays or failures may occur due to third-party API limitations.
9.2 No Warranty
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of GoFeed for any particular purpose.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Loss of data
- Sync failures or delays to Facebook, Google, or other platforms
- Third-party platform policy changes affecting your catalogs or feeds
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GoFeed in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoFeed harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service
- Any product data you upload through GoFeed
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GoFeed at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Required by law or third-party platform policy
Upon termination, your data will be automatically deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of GoFeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
